This Attwood Turbo Blower 4000 utilizes advanced fan blade design techniques. Attwood has developed a 12-Volt blower system with a quality airflow at a reduced noise level. Fan works great and has a lot of power and output. Its surely NOT a quiet fan though. I can hear it from 20 ft away from my van
I’m really impressed that such a tiny fan can blow THAT hard… although I didn’t use it for it’s intended purpose, so can’t attest to how it would work spliced into a duct. I mounted two of them on the ceiling of my box truck toward the front of the box (blowing backward along the ceiling & out the back door) for ventilation on hot days, and in about 15-20 minutes it REALLY cools the box quite a bit… exhausting the hot air along the ceiling, and drawing in the cooler air along the floor. I’d definitely recommend this fan, especially for the walmart price you can’t go wrong!
Note this is not the water resistant model which is usually about 5-10 bucks more. I took the rubber motor cover ( the only difference that I could tell off of my blown motor and put it on the new one to make it water resistant
Great output and easy install. The fan DOES come with two zip ties for the hoses. This should be added to the description. I bought long zip ties and ended up not needing them. I does not have screws or butt connectors so you will need those.
It blows fine. But it isn’t quiet. If you don’t care about the sound level it is good price.
