- Having a tough time managing pores until I found this toner – so happy to have found it. I’m in LOVE with the scent and the pores on my nose are visibly smaller and I’ve only been using it for 3 days! Ordered it online – will order again! Neutrogena products are my go to – the Hydro Boost products are Amazing!
- I have been using this toner since it first came out. I think that tells the whole story. I’m in my early 60’s, and I use Neutrogena foaming cleanser or gentle cleanser and then the Pour Refining Toner. That’s been my routine. Usually, I don’t even need moisturizer. My skin looks and feels wonderful. I’m, also, finding it increasingly difficult to find it in stores. Please, please do not discontinue this product.
- Great for super oily, breakout prone skin. I use this several times a week to super-clean my face. You’ll be amazed how much cleaner your face gets with this and how much dirt gets left on your face with normal washing. You’ll see it on your cotton pad/ball after you use this & think ‘Yuk! my face was still dirty, but now it’s really clean’!
- I love this toner. It removes all residual traces of makeup after cleansing, and has a lovely scent. It feels very “effective” upon use: a little tingly and revitalizing. My skin feels VERY smooth and clean after using. One caveat?? It is VERY hard to find in stores!!!!
- I’m 42 and I’ve been using this product for the last 5 years. I stuck it out with this product. Why? Because it just works wonderfully for my oily skin. I use it 3x a week and every time I put on makeup. It’s the perfect prep that you can do to start out with a smooth base to lay your makeup on. Your makeup will stay on longer and it controls the oil. I cannot live without this product, I alway have at least 2 bottles extra in my drawers. Pair this with the pore refining cleanser and your skin will thank you.
- I can’t believe I haven’t been using this for years. I have been subject to the hype of expensive department store brands, such as Lancome, Clinique. I didn’t really see the results I wanted so I gave this in conjunction with the Pore Refining Exfoliating Cleanser a try. I am so glad I did! I noticed visible results within a matter of days! It should be noted that I am also using the Neutrogena Rapid Repair system (eye cream, serum, day moisturizer, and night moisturizer. The first few days my skin did sting when applying the toner, but after the retinol products did their work after about a week, that subsided. I am 49 and after only 2 weeks now my skin looks better than it did in my 20s and 30s!!
- I used a toner from a home party company for over 40 years. I loved the way my skin felt. The company decided to discontinue the product about 2 years ago. I bought several bottles and just now ran out. I have been trying other toners and hadn’t found one I liked until now. I love the way Neutrogena’s Pore Refining Toner makes my skin feel.
- It has a lovely light scent that reminds me of some of the more high-end products. On application, my skin feels a bit tingly and then a slight tightness.
- The only reason why I got a clean feeling from using this product is because most of it is alcohol. Alcohol is just bad for the skin, when I first used it, I didn’t like it at all. I was just damaging the skin, and the fact that it has no hydration. Because I didn’t liked it I used it all up fast so I can go and buy a better toner.
