- I ordered this cutlery set after reading all of the good reviews. I was impressed when I first start using it. It sliced fruits and vegetables paper thin. Then I needed to do some chopping and peeling, and it was horrible. The wave edge made it difficult to control, especially when peeling. I ended up buying an extra straight edge knife to add to the set.
- These knives are complete garbage. I can only assume the people that raved about them have never had the opportunity to use quality knives…every single knife was serrated making it impossible to create a smooth cut in anything. The steak knives were fine because they’re supposed to be serratic. Every other know was complete garbage. It was a chore to try and cut any vegetable or fruit. Don’t waste your money.
