• Looks great, very quiet, no compressor. Easy to level with adjustable feet. Has built in interior LED light that is totally useless. I guess if you were in a totally dark room it would be OK. Maintains set temperature. Found out online that the best storage temperature for red & white wine is 55 degrees.
• My last one expired from age, but this one is smaller and quieter and the only assembly is the handle. I’m pleased with this purchase.
• I make home made wine from wine kits and I bought this unit to age it in a controlled environment. Since the shelves are adjustable, I can also accommodate “bags” of wine for the times I “bottle” into bags instead of bottles. Due to the temperature in South Florida, this is a big help to keep the wine ageing at the right temperature. I also use it to keep chocolate bars. I contacted customer service by email for some assistance and they promptly replied. They gave me a phone number to call them and the agent who took care of me was extra nice. I’m very satisfied and will not hesitate to buy more of their products.
• If you want the best for a wine cooler go no further it is so attractive that it will go anywhere. If you need someone to help you ask for Vincent this man will not only go the extra mile but he will go further, he is friendly and knows his stuff. Companies can only hope to find someone like Vincent he is second to none.
• Worked great for about 14 months…but then the temperature stopped working. Contacted NewAir and they send replacement parts (no longer under warranty) but is repairable. Thank you
• I like the glass door to choose my wine before opening the door. Very nice looking appliance in our Kitchen. Easy to adjust and read temperature. Size meets our needs to try a variety of wines.
• Had a failure during warranty period and supplier was very good about getting me the parts I needed free of charge
• I bought this and within a month the temperature gauge went wonky and only registered as 99 degrees (which seems to be a common problem.) Walmart sent me a replacement. Let’s see if it works this time.
