- We bought this and after receiving, didn’t open the box for a few weeks. Unfortunately, when we did, we discovered that the metal pieces holding the door on were completely destroyed; it looked like they had snapped. The box arrived in one piece and didn’t appear to be damaged but it was certainly damaged inside. my husband is an engineer and was able to find a way to fix this but unfortunately, it cost us an extra day of labor/time.
