• Time consuming project to get this bed put together, plan on 4-5 hours…Quality is very good, sturdy, and beautiful once assembled…the headboard does finish it off perfectly

• It’s such a nice looking bed and reasonable price. Rustic decor that we really enjoy. Didn’t like the long assemble that came with it. Lots of little stuff. But directions are self explanatory so it’s pretty easy just takes a long time to assemble
• It does take awhile to put together; about 4 hours. You could probably do it in half if someone helped. The instructions are great and they have little tips to help, along with some funny comments. The bed seems very sturdy and well made. It weighs over 220 lbs and looks very nice. We have the 2 stands and 4 drawer dresser of the same style. The drawers are smaller, probably the same size as the 6 drawer dresser and for sure smaller than the 4 drawer dresser. I like that you can adjust the drawers easily, since you likely won’t notice it when installing. Just make sure the railing is straight and you’ll be good. We didn’t get the head board (since it was an extra $180). I can make my own for probably $40 otherwise I might have bought it. It’s the same color as the entire set of their Modern Farmhouse. They could have made drawers on the sides as well as it’s just wasted space. But I have enough storage so it’s fine. There is a lip on 3 of the 4 sides (not at the head of the bed). I suppose you could even use it backwards (drawers at the head); if you wanted to.
• It was extremely hard to assemble. It was just a nightmare. When we had it finally assembled, we find out that its wider than a queen size mattress which makes it look super odd. Plus we didnt purchase the head board, we specifically chose this bed as we DONT want a headboard and it turns out that there is about 2-3 inch gap at the top for head board now and the bed is basically not covering the entire lenght. UGH. Worst experience ever. Wrong website description. And non returnable, bcoz we dont wanna go thru the nightmare of taking it apart!
