The actual device works well and holds a good charge but the power meter goes from 3/4 to dead very fast once power runs out (hours and hours later).
We like this charger-we charge our phone, tablet and Fitbit with it.
Not sure I know how to use this but its what I ordered and seems to be of good quality. Could use some instruction for the novice user.
Works as well as expected. Too bad they don’t include an owners manual with the product.
This has all the features I wanted. Lots of power, an indicator of how much charge is left, and lots of USB type connectors. I haven’t used it a lot, mostly to charge MP3 players when we go to the back country. It has worked great with no problems so far.
I ordered 3 units and they were received within one week. One of the cords was defective as it would not charge the power bank nor my phone. I contacted the vendor and was told that they would send me a replacement unit ASAP. Within 4 days, I received the replacement unit and it works fine. Very good customer service.
This is a good battery pack for the price. I have an iPhone 6 and can get nearly 2 full charges for my phone when this battery pack is fully charged. Almost 2 charges, but not quite. I could recommend this because of the price, I didn’t want to spend to much on this kind of item that I don’t need very often.
It’s pretty good, it charges really good up to two full charges on the iPhone 5s
The product I receive came in an envelope with no manual or instruction. The product does not work at all. Terrible product and not easy to return. Stay away from it.
