- This machine is great for small spaces, a single person, or a couple. Does the job and I think it’s rather quiet.
- I’ve had this for 2 months now and am pleased with it. It cleans all my dishes well on the normal cycle, however, I do recommend rinsing your dishes first. The ‘normal’ cycle takes about 1.5 hours. Two cautions: First, DO NOT over-fill the soap cup. It’ll leave a mess on your dishes and inside the machine. Second, there is no indicator for which part of the cycle the machine is currently on. There’s a loud beep when the dishes are done drying but, I’d prefer to let my dishes air dry and save the electricity and additional heat/steam output. I live alone and eat a lot of meals at home. I have to run this about 3 times a week to keep up.
- upon opening item at arrival, we found lower dish holder tines broken off. we had to return entire machine for refund instead of repairing lower basket.
- Working great, dishes come out clean. Easy to hook up and uses so little water. Dishes not totally dry at the end but it beats washing them. I am totally satisfied! My neighbor got one too and loves hers.
- When I read the reviews for this I kept seeing how they received it with water in the bottom or theirs were dinged up. I decided to buy this and ours was perfect no issues what so ever. It works great and fits ALOT of stuff especially for a small family. The only thing I would have liked is for it to have a drying option but I’m not complaining it’s still a great product.
- I purchased this portable dishwasher for my son and his wife who do not have a built in dishwasher in their apartment. I was very pleased to find this on Walmart.com because it is was a good price and just the size we needed. It was packaged really well – the box was bigger than I expected. The dishwasher looks very nice – we purchased the black one. The inside is stainless steel. It holds a decent amount of dishes, was easy to connect to a standard kitchen faucet, is surprisingly quiet and gets the dishes clean. It is supposed to only cost $35 per year to run, and uses less than 4 gallons of water per cycle. Please note – you must have a standard 7/8 inch diameter faucet that the dishwasher adapter can screw onto.
- After running the Heavy wash cycle, all dishes remain dirty. During the wash, everything sounded normal: the motor was humming softly and water was being sloshed around. However, at the end of the two hour cycle, bowls and cups on both the top and bottom rack are still practically dry on the inside, only wet on the outside. I’ve confirmed the spray arms are not blocked and followed all other instructions to the letter. I must have received a defective unit. I’ve had to deal with Midea U.S. customer service previously, and have not had a good experience (long hold times, no follow-up, unprofessional conduct, several mistakes). Given the previous three excellent reviews and price, I decided to risk a purchase anyway, unfortunately. I now have an unfunctional, large and heavy appliance sitting at home that will take some effort to repackage and return to my nearest Walmart store.
